Avinash Gurung is a 22-year-old native of Rangpo Forest Village, currently pursuing his B.A. Honours in Political Science at Government General Degree College in Pedong, Kalimpong district. Avinash has a deep interest in playing football, video games, and traveling, but above all, he is passionate about learning and gaining new experiences.

At the age of 16, Avinash was deeply inspired by the role of advocates and lawyers, which led him to decide on a career in law. He found the legal field appealing, not only as a career path but also as a means to improve his communication skills and personal development. Avinash is determined to become a successful lawyer, driven by his passion for justice and the impactful role lawyers play in society.

Avinash joined the Trailblazer Fellowship because he was inspired by its aims and objectives, seeing it as a valuable opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. He believes that the fellowship will provide him with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to excel in his future legal career, while also allowing him to contribute meaningfully to the organization and the broader community.
