Donation Refund Policy

Eastern Himalayan Foundation initiated a Donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of request for refund of donations, made through our portal erroneously. Eastern Himalayan Foundation requests all donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Eastern Himalayan Foundation may also request more documents or information and donors are expected to co-operate in this regard.

All donations are voluntary, as such any requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
