Roles and Responsibilities 1. Student Mobilization & Awareness ● Share updates, opportunities, and preparation timelines with students. ● Encourage student participation in orientations, workshops, and support sessions. ● Maintain and engage WhatsApp groups for Student communication. ● Individual Call and followup with students on given information. 2. Student Support & Follow-Up ● Check-in with students to understand challenges and support needs. ● Assist students in completing forms, preparing documentation, and staying on timeline. ● Track progress and update the Team weekly. 3. Community Learning Circles ● Coordinate or host small informal practice or discussion sessions (as guided by the Team). ● Support bootcamps, group activities, or mentorship circles. ● Assist during events, workshops, and campus activities. 4. Documentation & Weekly Reporting ● Maintain simple attendance, interest lists, and progress notes. ● Submit weekly updates to the Team. 5. Support & Training Provided: ● Onboarding training on admissions, scholarships, and fellowship pathways. ● Weekly support and check-ins with the Team. ● Access to resources and templates for student support.
