Ayan Subba, a 20-year-old resident of Upper School Dara, Mirik Busty, Mirik, is currently pursuing a B.A. in English from Mirik College. Throughout most of his school life, Ayan was shy and introverted, but during the later half of his plus 2 and college years, he has made a conscious effort to become more outgoing. This transformation has sparked his interest in stage-related activities, including dancing, acting, and hosting programs.

Ayan says his career aspirations have always leaned towards unconventional paths. He is passionate about pursuing a career related to the stage, one that could also open new doors for future generations. Embracing the limelight has become a part of who he is.

The Trailblazer Fellowship caught Ayan’s attention because of its uniqueness in providing guidance and support in pursuing non-traditional careers. He hopes that through the fellowship, he can develop his career in a way that might not be possible under typical circumstances, while also inspiring his peers and future generations to explore alternative career paths.
