Dichen Doma Sherpa is a 20-year-old student currently in her 5th semester, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at St. Joseph’s College, North Point, Darjeeling. Born in Algarah Bazar, Kalimpong, and raised in both Algarah and Darjeeling, she is a baker and textile artist. Dichen also has a strong interest in art and literature, often indulging in painting and writing poetry.

She is actively involved in her college community, serving as a member of the council body and participating in the NSS, Art Club, and ACCORD Society. Dichen is passionate about social work and aspires to become a civil servant in the future.

Through the Trailblazer Fellowship, Dichen seeks to learn new skills and apply her existing talents for the betterment of society. She hopes to gain valuable experience, learn new things, and most importantly, grow as a person through this fellowship.
