Kreetika Thapa

Kreetika Thapa is a third-semester student at Kalimpong College, currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in History Honours under the University of North Bengal. She is someone who finds joy in both life’s simple pleasures and the continuous pursuit of personal and intellectual growth. Kreetika has always been drawn to the stories behind historical events, the complexities of civilizations, and the perspectives of those often overlooked in mainstream narratives. 

Studying history has broadened her understanding of society, culture, and politics while sharpening her critical thinking and analytical skills. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Kreetika constantly challenges herself to grow—whether by setting new goals, acquiring skills, or reflecting on her experiences. 

Through the Trailblazer Fellowship, she sees an opportunity to deepen her academic engagement, contribute meaningfully to community-based projects, and enhance her personal and professional development. By collaborating with peers, participating in discussions, and engaging in hands-on projects, Kreetika hopes to build confidence, express her ideas more freely, and actively contribute to initiatives that enrich both her learning and the communities around her.
